Chroma Suites - Oia (Santorini)

The staff were really good too make our stay enjoyable. They helped us with our luggage and even organized a courier service to retrieve a lost passport. The hotel itself is amazing, with fine views and a great location. It is only a 5-minute walk to the main sunset photo spots and is close to shops and restaurants. The facilities were great, including a jacuzzi where we could relax and watch the sunset. a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of this city.

Friendly and helpful staff at this place. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Wave. The area around here is nice and not too far from the sea-view restaurants and shops on the island. 🏖️

A boat dock was not far from the property. Rooms have spectacular views. Overall SPECIAL stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Oia for a week and had an amazing experience. The staff at Chroma Suites were incredibly polite and communicative, even sending us an email with detailed directions on how to get there and find the reception. They also went above and beyond by assisting us with our suitcases to our suite upon check-in and check-out. The views from our terrace were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was both peaceful and central. I highly recommend this hotel!

The location was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace area and looking at the fabulous view.

Musty smell was quite strong especially at night. Kitchen facilities inadequate not even basics such as knife and fork each.

no air condition in the room, it's really terrible in the hot summer, outside is 38 C, inside is 35 C.

During my recent stay at Chroma Suites, I had the most very nice experience. The location was amazing, with fine views of the Santorini landscape. The hotel was just a short walk away from all the main sunset photo spots, making it the perfect location in Oia. I reminded me of I was in a postcard every time I stepped outside. The jacuzzi was a wonderful addition, especially in the evenings when I could relax and watch the colorful sky change over the ocean. The facilities were great, with shops and restaurants nearby, providing both convenience and privacy. The receptionist was helpful and even assisted my friend in retrieving her lost passport, arranged for a courier to deliver it. The dedicated staff were very good, carrying our luggage and ensuring we had a perfect stay. I highly recommend Chroma Suites for an lovely Santorini experience.

it's really great!! so beautiful view just out there, over windows and doors. I love my staying there, and love to select Lena's House again.

I got cleaning service everyday, but it's not that good. cleaning staff doesn't work well.. and only one thing I feel uncomfortable about is no internet there. but everything except those is so nice.

The view was the only good point of this hotel.

Too damp to sleep in - no proper utensils, kettle, bathroom facilities. No one to contact for help, no one checked in to see if our stay was going well. Will never be back to this hotel, will advise all people to stay away. Highest priced room and poorest facilities provided.

The personnel here were helpful and we liked our stay. Don't miss the nearby Melenio, it's just a 10 minutes' walk away from this place.

We had an amazing stay in our comfortable and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we loved the mobile phone provided for any assistance needed. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The view outside our door was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the privacy of our own private area. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We found the reception staff to be a bit pushy and not genuine.

The food at Lotza nearby is a must-try, the private kitchen was very convenient, and it's close to the maritime museum and Aktion airport.

Staff carried luggage, great receptionist assistance. Stunning property and views, 5 mins to sunset location. Jacuzzi with ocean view. Facilities 10/10. Close to shops and restaurants, private. Perfect for relaxing.
